WHEN I LOOK AT YOU
When I look at you
Your visage becomes
A sacrosanct objective.
The celestial spheres
Freeze the rotation of necessity
Τhey come to a halt.
The earthly things ooze ceruliam clarity-
I find myself trapped happily
In the well of a petrified moment.
Translation of the Greek verse “WHEN I LOOK AT YOU”
prepared by TAKIS PIERRAKOS. The poem has been
written by the poet and is contained in the book
“Pictured in Twilight” (25 Erotic Poems), Perispomeni, 2019.
